Is the Car TransPRO app available to download now?
The apps are preparing for launch. Verified dealer and driver onboarding is open on this website, and the store buttons will activate as soon as the public builds are released.
Who provides drivers for dealership bookings?
Drivers are assigned and managed by Car TransPRO operations. They are not dealership employees, and dealerships receive booking-level assignment and trip visibility.
Does a dealership need to collect payment from the customer?
Dealer-created bookings are designed to use the dealership prepaid wallet by default. The estimated amount is placed on hold and adjusted when the booking is completed.
What happens after dealer or driver onboarding is submitted?
The applicant receives an application ID. The request enters the same Super Admin Activation review used by the app, where the Car TransPRO team can approve it or request corrections.
