1. Website and launch status
These Terms govern use of the Car TransPRO public website and its verified dealer and driver onboarding forms. Some products, app downloads, cities, services, prices, and workflows shown on this website may still be preparing for launch and may change before general availability.
Store buttons marked as launching soon do not represent a currently available public download. Availability will be confirmed on the relevant store page when released.
2. Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally able to submit the information and, where you act for a dealership or business, be authorised to do so. Information you provide must be accurate, current, and not misleading.
Driver onboarding, dealership activation, and access to any live service remain subject to identity, eligibility, business, city, capacity, safety, and compliance checks.
3. Onboarding applications
A submitted onboarding request enters Activation review but does not guarantee selection, employment, partnership, trip allocation, earnings, exclusivity, dealer activation, pricing, territory, or a launch date.
Car TransPRO may contact applicants for clarification, request corrections, place an application on hold, approve it, or reject it. Duplicate submissions may return the original application ID instead of creating another request.
4. Acceptable use
You may not submit information belonging to another person without authority, impersonate another applicant, probe or interfere with the website, bypass rate limits, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or use the website for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
We may restrict submissions or access where needed to protect applicants, the platform, our service providers, or legal compliance.
5. Intellectual property and third-party services
The Car TransPRO name, visual identity, website design, software, copy, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to Car TransPRO and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.
The website may rely on or link to third-party services such as app stores, maps, cloud infrastructure, communication providers, and payment services. Their terms and privacy notices apply to their services.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The pre-launch website is provided on an as-available basis. We work to keep information accurate and the site available but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every displayed capability will launch unchanged.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Car TransPRO is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public onboarding website. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Changes, applicable law, and contact
We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to later use. Disputes are subject to applicable Indian law and the jurisdiction required under that law or a later signed service agreement.
